Random Thoughts on Blogging for Pennies
Lately , I have been a hyper hubber. I found Hub Pages a few weeks ago and I am addicted and on my way to blogging for pennies. There are lots of things that confuse me on Hub Pages. Like why when I add content to articles does my over all Hub Score goes down? My dog has a Hub Page and his score is higher. The lazy dog has only done about three posts and believes me he has more time on his hands than ever. He had to give up his addiction to waiting for the postman to put mail in the slot. We finally go a real mail box.
I have been out done by a dog. He is not even an obedience school graduate. Oh well I will strive to understand the great mystery that is the overall Hub rating. I will not give into my temptation to sacrifice one small dust bunny dog to Gods in the Hub in the Hub in the great beyond.
The cats have no desire to Hub what so ever. They feel they are of course beyond pawlogging for tuna. So I guess I am the sole house hold member who will continue to blog for pennies and work towards the mysterious Hub rating of 90 and above. May the Hub Gods smile upon me.
Really this is just another quest of mine to find a way to make grocery money at home doing something that I do not totally hate. I have been on this quest since Windows 95 came into existence and well a least I admire my own fortitude in my on going quest.
The great thing about Hub Pages is you really get the chance to be creative with pictures and video. I have gotten a little feedback for the greater community of Hubbers and expect to get more. Hub Pages if it does not bring in any kind of income is a great way for us who wish we could have been published authors or journalist to satisfy are craving for an audience. There is certainly no lack of wonderful information on Hub Pages about how to improve your Hubs.
Writing is the least daunting task for most Hubbers I think. It is the promotion of your hubs that will leave you not saying lady like things to your computer. I do not understand all of the ‘social networking” and “social media “promotion. It seems that my kids who live online would be more likely to understand than me.
I do have my own private blog. I promote it in more traditional ways like link pages and search engine submittal. Still filling out forms endlessly is a really hard way to make a pennies blogging.
Alas, my quest to Hub my way into the luxury of a frozen pizza from the store or some more tuna for those snotty cats continues. I wonder if the Cockatiels have any thoughts worth sharing on Hub Pages. I hear they work for bird seed.

It's a hard thing to do this online thing, of course taking into account that hundreds of new blogs are created every single day on pretty much the same topics, it is far better to write more than the average person, so if someone writes a hubpage or one blog post a day then you write five or more and if they are all of the same subject matter linking them together will do no harm at all, in fact it should increase page views if it is a topic you can write and write for.
I write at least three hubpages a week if that, but I do have over twenty five other blogs, 100 plus squidoo lenses and two websites to run, not to mention keeping up to date with all the social network interaction that I do and the article writing that goes somewhere in between.
I'm earning part time from all of the work that I do and earning full time is a goal of this year at least...you have some great hub pages and there are a few dog and pet ones so group them more together, anyway keep it up, the trick is to not give up at the beginning or the middle but see it through to the end and keep on going!!
